The service
VerdictSwarm is operated by Sentien Labs LLC and provides automated token-risk assessments through its API and web scanner. A report is a point-in-time model opinion based on the data available to the service when the scan runs.
The service is research software. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice and does not direct you to buy, sell, or hold an asset.
Your access
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for access through your account, wallet session, or API key and must protect credentials from unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You may use VerdictSwarm in your own research and execution controls subject to these terms.
- a.Do not present a verdict as an audit, certification, endorsement, or guarantee.
- b.Do not resell raw output as your own independent rating without a written agreement.
- c.Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, manipulation, harassment, or infringement.
- d.Do not bypass access controls, usage limits, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Verdicts and outcomes
Token state and source data can change after a scan, and model output can be incomplete or wrong. Verify material claims with primary sources and apply your own controls before moving money.
Payment and refunds
Paid API access is available through prepaid credits or per-request x402 settlement, and web subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Current prices and included features are shown at purchase or in the machine-readable API information response.
Charges pay for access to the requested service, not for a particular market outcome. Eligible refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy.
Availability and liability
VerdictSwarm depends on blockchain endpoints, data providers, model providers, and hosting services, so data or service may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentien Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, missed gains, or token losses arising from use of the service. Aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Sentien Labs LLC during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, abuse, or a threat to the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time; obligations and charges already incurred remain due.
These terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update this document prospectively by publishing a new effective date and version here.
