Information we handle
VerdictSwarm handles scan inputs and outputs such as token address, chain, requested depth, timestamps, verdict data, and operational request metadata. Account or paid use can also involve an email address, wallet address, session data, API-key metadata, subscription status, payment references, and usage records.
Payment processors handle payment credentials under their own terms. VerdictSwarm does not store full payment-card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate access, run scans, return reports, administer billing and quotas, maintain the public outcome ledger, prevent abuse, support users, diagnose failures, and improve reliability.
Public records
The public verdict ledger includes scan and settled-outcome fields such as token address, chain, action, score, scan time, observed prices, outcome status, and the miss flag. Its public serializer does not include the caller's API key or account identity.
Providers and local storage
VerdictSwarm uses service providers for hosting, model and blockchain data, analytics, email, and payment processing. The web product uses cookies or browser storage for sessions, product preferences, recent scans, quota handling, and analytics where enabled.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when needed to operate the service, comply with law, enforce agreements, or protect users and infrastructure.
Retention and protection
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including security, billing, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and the integrity of published ledger records. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed against every unauthorized access attempt.
